dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou integrace cizinců pohledem odborníků, kteří pracují s dětmi-cizinci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je pozornost zaměřena na základní pojmy, které s touto problematikou souvisí, na bariéry, se kterými se cizinci při procesu integrace setkávají. Dále je popsán vývoj migrace v České republice, právní rámec a integrační politika. Také se zaměřuji na dvě dimenze integrace a to vzdělávání dětí-cizinců a zaměstnávání. V empirické části je pozornost zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum. Pro sběr dat byl zvolen rozhovor s respondenty, kteří pracují s dětmi-cizinci. Hlavním cílem je popsat integraci dětí-cizinců pohledem odborníků a zmapovat výzvy, které jsou s tímto procesem spojené.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of integration of foreigners from the point of view of professionals who work with foreign children. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, attention is focused on the basic concepts related to this issue, on the barriers that foreigners encounter in the process of integration. Furthermore, the development of migration in the Czech Republic, the legal framework and integration policy are described. I also focus on two dimensions of integration, namely the education of foreign children and employment. In the empirical part the focus is on qualitative research. For data collection, interviews with respondents who work with children-foreigners were chosen. The main goal is to describe the integration of children-foreigners from the perspective of professionals and to map the challenges that are associated with this process.	eng
