dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vize konkrétních aspektů budoucnosti chlapců a dívek, kteří vyrůstají v dětských domovech. Pozornost bude věnována také činitelům, které tyto vize a perspektivy ovlivňují a sociální, psychologické a kulturní faktory, které formují jejich pohled na svět a budoucnost. Cílem práce je zmapovat konkrétní vize mladistvých v oblasti profese, partnerství, rodičovství a bydlení. Teoretická část se bude zabývat charakteristikou a základními principy systému ústavní péče. Dále bude zaměřena na legislativu ústavní péče, která poskytne kontext pro pochopení fungování ústavní péče. Zároveň bude pozornost věnována činnosti dětských domovů a podmínkám, které mohou ovlivnit formování identity a chování dětí a mladistvých v dětských domovech. Praktická část bude zahrnovat výzkum ve vybraných dětských domovech. Data budou shromažďována prostřednictvím dotazníkové metody a následně budou porovnávána. Výzkumný vzorek budou tvořit chlapci a dívky ve věku 15-17 let.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the issue of the vision of specific aspects of the future of boys and girls who grow up in children's homes. Attention will also be paid to the factors that influence these visions and perspectives and the social, psychological and cultural factors that shape their world view and future. The aim of the thesis is to map the specific visions of adolescents in the areas of career, partnership, parenting and housing. The theoretical part will deal with the characteristics and basic principles of the residential care system. It will also focus on residential care legislation to provide a context for understanding how residential care works. At the same time, attention will be paid to the operation of children's homes and the conditions that can influence the identity formation and behaviour of children and adolescents in children's homes. The practical part will include research in selected children's homes. Data will be collected through a questionnaire method and then compared. The research sample will consist of boys and girls aged 15-17 years.	eng
