Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pozici osobního asistenta a zabývá se osobní asistencí, klienty osobní asistence, ale i poskytovateli. Dále pak zákonem o sociálních službách a komunitním plánováním.
Součástí práce je i kvalitativní výzkum, který mapuje postavení osobního asistenta. Výzkumná část diplomové práce popisuje charakteristiku výzkumu, cíle výzkumu a stanovený výzkumný problém. Dále se zabývá metodologií výzkumu a výzkumným vzorkem. V neposlední řadě je zde popsána realizace výzkumu a interpretace získaných dat. |
