dc.description.abstract	Práce popisuje současný stav systému sociálně právní ochrany dítěte. Ukazuje základní mechanismy sociálně právní ochrany dětí, legislativy a činnosti institucí v dané oblasti. Teoretická východiska práce vycházejí z postavení dětských práv ve společnosti, také v souvislosti s právy rodičů a možností zásahu státu. Cílem práce je vymezit rizika fungování současného systému sociálně právní ochrany dítěte. Autorka provádí analýzu základních dokumentů dané problematiky, které upozorňují na problematickou oblast, z dostupných zpráv a výzkumů i zkušeností ze zahraničí a z ČR.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the current situation of the social legal child protection system. The work points out the basic mechanisms of the social legal child protection system and the activities of the institutions in this sphere. The theoretical opinions of the thesis are based on the laws of child and laws of parents in society with a possible intervention from a state. The author carries out the analysis of the essential topical documents, which point out the problematic sphere, on the basis of the available reports, research and experience not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad.	eng
