dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou stresu učitelů druhého stupně základních škol v době distanční výuky. Jejím cílem bude zjistit, s jakými stresory se čeští a polští učitelé během pandemie setkali. V teoretické části práce se budu věnovat především pojmu stres a s ním spojenými výrazy jako stresor, stresové situace, historie výzkumu stresu, jeho příčiny a důsledky. Dále budou přiblíženy pojmy duševní hygiena a syndrom vyhoření. Praktickou část bude tvořit kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, jehož respondenty budou učitelé rodného či cizího jazyka. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bude identifikovat stresory, s nimiž se učitelé setkali, a zjistit, jak s nimi pracují.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis will address the issue of stress among teachers of secondary level of primary schools during distance learning. Its aim will be to determine the stressors Czech and Polish teachers encountered during the pandemic. The theoretical part of the thesis will primarily focus on the concept of stress and related terms such as stressor, stressful situations, the history of stress research, its causes, and consequences. Furthermore, the concepts of mental hygiene and burnout syndrome will be introduced. The practical part will consist of a qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with teachers of native or foreign languages. The goal of this research will be to identify the stressors that teachers encountered and examine how they deal with them.	eng
