dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práci je mobbing ve zdravotnictví a jeho prevence. V teoretické části je popsána problematika mobbingu. Je v ní specifikována jeho definice a následně popsána prevalence, faktory mobbingového chování, jeho projevy, klasifikace a prevence. Tato část obsahuje také charakteristiku oběti, agresora a následky mobbingu. V metodice je rozebrán výzkumný design, popsán výzkumný vzorek a nástroje použité ke sběru dat. Následně jsou komentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Diskuse je věnována porovnání výsledků obdobných studiích a výsledků této diplomové práce.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this thesis is mobbing in healthcare and its prevention. The theoretical part describes the issue of mobbing. It defines mobbing and then outlines its prevalence, factors contributing to mobbing behavior, its manifestations, classification, and prevention. This section also includes the characteristics of the victim and aggressor as well as the consequences of mobbing. The methodology section analyzes the research design. Describes the research sample, and details the tools used for data collection. The results of the questionnaire survey are then presented. The discussion focused on comparing the findings of similar studies whit the results of this thesis.	eng
