dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat stresem u vysokoškolských studentů. Cílem práce je seznámení s teoretickou problematikou stresu a výskytem stresorů u studentů vybraných fakult Univerzity Pardubice. Práce bude rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se bude věnovat poznatkům o stresu a jejich vývoji, stresorům, působení stresu na lidský organismus, způsobům zvládání stresu obecně a specifickým stresorům u vysokoškolských studentů. Pro sběr dat pro praktickou část bude použita kvantitativní metoda, konkrétním nástrojem bude dotazník. Výzkum se bude týkat vysokoškolských studentů druhých ročníků z Fakulty filozofické a Fakulty ekonomicko-správní Univerzity Pardubice. Cílem výzkumného šetření bude zjistit, co považují studenti za stresory, jaké události a činnosti identifikují jako stresující a zda se stresory, které studenti uvedou, liší podle studované fakulty a podle pohlaví.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the stress of undergraduates. The aim of this thesis is to get acquainted with the theoretical knowledge related to the stress issue and the occurrence of stressors in the undergraduates from selected faculties of the University of Pardubice. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the knowledge about stress and its development, stressors, the effects of stress on the human organism, the ways of coping with stress in general and specific stressors of undergraduates. Quantitative method and specifically questionnaire is used for data collection in the practical part. The research will cover second year undergraduates from the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy and the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the University of Pardubice. The aim of the research is to find out what do students consider as stressors, which events and activities do they identify as stressful and if the stressors mentioned by the students vary by faculty and gender.	eng
