dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá rolí adiktologa v multidisciplinárním týmu v domově se zvláštním režimem. Cílem je prozkoumat přínosy a limity adiktologa při péči o klienty s duální diagnózou, tedy kombinací závislosti na návykových látkách a dalších psychiatrických poruch. Teoretická část popisuje adiktologii jako regulovaný obor, specifika závislosti, roli a význam komplexní péče o klienty s duální diagnózou. Praktická část obsahuje dvě případové studie ilustrující uplatnění adiktologa v domově se zvláštním režimem. Dále v praktické části je obsažena expertní diskuze s prvky focus group, která pojednává o významu role adiktologa v multidisciplinárním týmu. Závěrem jsou diskutovány možnosti zlepšení integrace adiktologa do multidisciplinárního týmu a doporučení pro praxi	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis examines the role of an addiction specialist in a multidisciplinary team in a special regime home. The aim is to explore the benefits and limitations of the addiction specialist in caring for clients with dual diagnoses, which combine addiction to addictive substances and other psychiatric disorders. The theoretical part describes addictionology as a regulated field, specifics of addiction, the role of multidisciplinary team, and the importance of comprehensive care for clients with dual diagnoses. The practical part includes two case studies of clients AB and CD, illustrating different approaches. Additionally, the practical part contains an expert discussion with elements of a focus group, which discusses the significance of the addiction specialist's role in multidisciplinary team. The conclusion discusses possibilities for improving the integration of the addiction specialist into multidisciplinary team and recommendations for practice.	eng
