dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku bezpečnostních procesů při poskytování celkové anestezie a rizik spojených s pochybením při poskytování celkové anestezie. Je složena z teoretické části a části průzkumné. V teoretické části jsou popsány kroky k poskytnutí bezpečné anestezie při každém operačním výkonu. Dále je popsán praktický postup k podávání celkové anestezie, monitorace anesteziologické péče během výkonu a komplikace, které mohou nastat při poskytování celkové anestezie. Na závěr je zmíněn management rizik a auditní činnost. Průzkumné šetření bylo realizováno prostřednictvím zúčastněného pozorování na gynekologických sálech tří nemocnic v rámci jednoho vybraného kraje s následným zaznamenáváním dat do záznamového archu a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se staničními sestrami anesteziologického úseku operačních sálů. Hlavním cílem praktické části bylo zjistit dodržování bezpečnostních procesů při poskytování celkové anestezie a to před, v průběhu a po jejím skončení ve vybraných nemocničních zařízeních.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the safety processes in the provision of general anaesthesia and the risks associated with errors in the provision of general anaesthesia. It consists of a theoretical part and an exploratory part. The theoretical part describes the steps to provide safe anaesthesia during each surgical procedure. It also describes the practical procedure to administer general anaesthesia, the monitoring of anaesthetic care during surgery and the complications that can arise when providing general anaesthesia. Finally, risk management and audit activities are discussed. The exploratory investigation was conducted through participant observation in the gynaecology operating of three hospitals within one selected region, followed by recording of data on a record sheet and semi-structured interview with the station nurses of the anaesthesia section of the operating rooms. The main objective of the practical part was to find out the compliance of safety processes in the provision of general anaesthesia before, during and after the procedure in the selected hospitals.	eng
