dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickými vazbami kutnohorských měšťanů na základě použití testamentů jako hlavního pramene k jejich poznání. Cílem první teoretické části je pojednat o středověké právní praxi, problematice zkoumání posledních vůlí a popsat teorii tržních zón. V druhé analytické části jsou nejdříve zkoumány kutnohorské pozdně středověké závěti z hlediska seznamů dlužných osob. Na základě obsahu textu a poznání věřitelů a dlužníků autor popisuje socioekonomickou situaci zůstavitelů a pokouší se o rekonstrukci ekonomických vazeb. Spolu s tím je nastíněno možné geografické rozložení dluhů v konfrontaci s obchodními okruhy.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the economic ties of the burghers of Kutná Hora based on the use of testaments as the main source for their knowledge. The aim of the first theoretical part is to describe medieval legal practice, the problem of researching last wills and to describe the theory of market zones. In the second analytical part, the Kutná Hora late medieval testaments are first examined in terms of lists of persons owed money. On the basis of the content of the text and the knowledge of creditors and debtors, the author describes the socio-economic situation of the testators and attempts to reconstruct economic relations. Along with this, the possible geographical distribution of debts is outlined in confrontation with trade areas.	eng
