This bachelor thesis provides an in-depth exploration of Graham Greene's Our Man in Havana
within the Cold War era, examining its historical, cultural, and literary contexts, including the
historical background of Cuba and the geopolitical tensions of the time. It analyzes the novel's
characters, themes, and literary techniques, emphasizing moral dilemmas and satirical
elements. Additionally, it explores how the novel represents postmodernism through its literary
techniques and genres, reflecting morality amidst political turmoil and espionage.
