dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit zastoupení etických principů v celém procesu transplantace. V teoretické části bakalářské práce byly definovány nejdůležitější prvky transplantačního procesu, pojem ,,etika'' a 4 základní etické principy. Průzkumná část byla zpracována stylem literární rešerše v českém a anglickém jazyce, s cílem prokázání důležitosti zastoupení etických principů v procesu transplantace. Z výzkumu je patrné, že při transplantaci mají etické principy nezastupitelnou roli.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine the representation of ethical principles in the entire process of transplantation. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defined the most essential elements of the transplantation process, the concept of "ethics" and 4 basic ethical principles. The research part was done as a literature review in Czech and English, with the aim of demonstrating the importance of ethical principles in the transplantation process. The research shows that ethical principles have an irreplaceable role in transplantation.	eng
