dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce bude zjistit, jaké stresory se vyskytly v práci pedagogů v době pandemie v roce 2020. Teoretická část bude zaměřena na vymezení pojmů a bližší seznámení s problematikou. Jako první zde bude definován stres obecně a pojmy s ním spojených-stresor a stresové situace, historie výzkumu stresu, druhy, příčiny a důsledky stresu. Dále zde bude ještě zmíněna frustrace a deprivace. Jako další bude více věnována pozornost stresu konkrétně u pedagogů-příčiny vzniku, jeho důsledky-jako například syndrom vyhoření, a jak s tímto jevem lze pracovat. Praktickou část bude tvořit kvantitativní výzkum, který bude uskutečněn pomocí dotazníků. Jako respondenty jsem si zvolila učitele vyučující na druhém stupni základních škol matematiku nebo český jazyk. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bude zjistit, které stresory u sebe pedagogové identifikovali a u které z těchto dvou skupin učitelů se jich objevilo více.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the work is to find out what stressors occurred within the work of teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of terms and a closer acquaintance with the issue. First, the stress in general and the concepts associated with it - a stressor and the stressful situations, a history of stress research, types, causes and consequences of stress are defined here. Frustration and deprivation are also mentioned in this part. Next, additional attention is paid to stress, specifically for educators - the causes of its origin and consequences - such as Burnout syndrome and how to work with this phenomenon. The practical part consists of quantitative research, which is being carried out using the questionnaires. As respondents I chose the Math and Czech language teachers working at the second stage of Primary schools. The aim of this research is to find out which stressors the teachers identified themselves and in which of these two groups of teachers more of them appeared.	eng
