Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj a způsob výkonu spisové služby v českém prostředí v průběhu 20. století. Vývoj spisové služby je popsán obecně v hlavních kapitolách. V podkapitolách je pak průběh spisové služby ukázán na konkrétních příkladech bankovních a dalších institucí. V práci jsou zachyceny a popsány nejdůležitější mezníky spisové služby 20. století. |
