dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci Konfliktní situace v pracovních skupinách jsou rozebírány příčiny, následky, možná řešení a prevence konfliktů v pracovních skupinách. Práce také popisuje konfliktní typy, indikátory konfliktních situací, využití personalistiky pro minimalizaci vzniku konfliktů a možnosti zkoumání vztahů metodou sociometrie. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na zjištění vlivů na povahu vztahů v pracovních skupinách a vyjádření vztahů v pracovní skupině sociometrickým testem.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor´s paper conflict situations in the working groups are discussed the causes, consequences, possible solutions to conflict and prevention of conflict in the working groups. The work also describes the conflicting types of workers, indicators of conflict situations, the use of human resources management to minimize the emergence of conflicts and the possibility of examining the relationship using the method sociometrie. Research section is aimed at finding the effects of the nature of relations in the working groups and the expression of relations in the working group through the sociometrie test.	eng
