dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s frakturou v oblasti bérce. V teoretické části popisuje anatomií bérce, druhy zlomenin, jejich diagnostiku a léčbu. Dále je uvedena předoperační, pooperační péče a rehabilitační proces. Průzkumná část prezentuje data, která byla získaná retrospektivní metodou sběru dat, technikou studia dokumentace a interpretace výsledků. Cílem bylo zjištění možných druhů zlomenin, použité operační metody, doba hospitalizace, počet pacientů za čtyřleté období. Výstupem této práce je vytvořená mapa ošetřovatelské péče.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of nursing care for a patient with a frastured lower leg. The theoretical section describes the anatomy of the lower leg, the types of fractures, their diagnosis and treatment. Also listed are pre-operative, post-operative care and rehabilitation process. The survey section presents data that has been obtained through retrospektive data collection, dokumentation study and interpretation techniques. The aim was to identify possible types of fractures, the operating methods used, the duration of hospitalisation, number of patients over a four-year period. The output of this work is a created map of nursing care.	eng
