dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis focuses on postmodern retellings of Frankenstein, or, The modern Prometheus by Mary Shelley and analyses the differences between the original story and the retellings. At the same time, the analytical part points out various literary techniques which are typical for postmodern literature. The bachelor thesis also contains a theoretical chapter which provides more information about these literary techniques.	eng
