dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku stresu u studentů ve zdravotnictví. Práce je strukturována na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje definici stresu, jeho typům, symptomům a příčinám, průběhu stresové reakce a metodám zvládání stresu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována stresovým situacím, kterým čelí studenti ve zdravotnictví, nejčastějším příčinám tohoto stresu, symptomům, které stres vyvolává, a technikám zvládání stresu, které studenti aplikují. Na základě navržené metodiky byl v praktické části proveden kvantitativní průzkum. Dotazníky vlastní tvorby byly směřovány na studenty třetího ročníku oboru Všeobecné ošetřovatelství na jedné univerzitní fakultě, přičemž byl stres u těchto studentů podrobněji prozkoumán. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat nejčastější příčiny i symptomy stresu u studentů a následně nejpoužívanější techniky zvládání stresu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of stress among students in the healthcare sector. The thesis is structured into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of stress, its types, symptoms and causes, the course of stress reaction and methods of stress management. Special attention is paid to stressful situations faced by students in the healthcare sector, the most common causes of this stress, the symptoms that stress causes and the stress management techniques that students apply. Based on the proposed methodology, a quantitative survey was carried out in the practical part. Questionnaires of my own design were directed to third-year students of the General Nursing program at one university faculty, and stress among these students was examined in more detail. The aim of the thesis was to identify the most common causes and symptoms of stress among students and subsequently the most used stress management techniques.	eng
