dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na lékařskou etiku a využití omezujících prostředků v psychiatrii. Úvodní kapitolu teoretické části práce tvoří definice základních pojmů týkajících se vybraného tématu psychiatrie. V další kapitole je shrnut přehled historie psychiatrie z pohledu etiky užívání omezovacích prostředků. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na lékařké principy, které jsou základem etiky jako takové. Jednotlivé principy jsou prezentovány na konkrétních příkladech z praxe. Předposlední kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na omezovací prostředky, přehled druhů a dělení, předpisy pro jejich užívání. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na problematiku užívání omezovacích prostředků v psychiatrii a možnosti prevence jejich užívání. Cílem praktické části je pomocí dotazníků zjistit, jak se v praxi využívají omezovací prostředky v rámci oddělení psychiatrie u duševně nemocných pacientů.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on medical ethics and the use of restraints in psychiatry. The introductory charter of the theoretical part of the work consists of the definition of basic concepts related to the selected topic of psychiatry. In the next chapter, an overview of the history of psychiatry from the perspective of the ethics of the use of restraints is summarized. The third charter focuses on the medici principles that underlie ethics as such. Individual principles are presented using concrete examples from practice. The penultimate charter of the theoretical part focuses on restraints, an overview of types and divisions, regulations for their use. The last charter is focused on the isme of the use of restraints in psychiatry and the posibility of preventing their use. The aim of the practical part is to find out with the help of questionnaires how restraints are used in practice within the department of psychiatry for mentally illpatients.	eng
