dc.description.abstract	The article describes a problem in today's commercial law of the Czech Republic, which is unconstitutional according to some opinions. It is about forcing the sale of the shares of minority shareholders, the majority shareholder. The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic dealt with this issue, but his decision is a bit problematic. The mentioned legal provisions need improvement.	eng
