dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení nutričního screening u chirurgických pacientů. V teoretické části je vytvořen ucelený přehled o resekčních výkonech na vybraných orgánech, o hodnocení nutričního rizika a jeho metodách, pozornost je věnována důsledkům neadekvátní výživy a podpoře nutrice i v návaznosti na hojení operačních ran. Praktická část je zaměřena na prezentaci a vyhodnocení získaných dat při výzkumu na chirurgickém oddělení. Výsledky práce jsou shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the nutritional screening in surgical patients. In the theoretical part there is presented a comprehensive overview of resections in selected organs, of nutritional risk assessment and its methods; attention is paid to the consequences of inadequate nutrition and nutritional support in relation to the healing of surgical wounds. The practical part is focused on the presentation and evaluation of the data obtained in research on the surgical ward. The results are summarized in the discussion and conclusion.	eng
