Abstrakt
Human resources management (HRM) is considered a managerial skill focusing on effective maintaining of an organizational structure with the aim to effectively maintain and fulfil organizational structure to reach the planned strategic objectives. Human resources management comprises several aspects, one of them being education and training of employees in a given organization. On the basis of the research carried out, the article analyses the attitude of Czech organizations to their employees training in terms of human resources management.
