dc.description.abstract	V této diplomové práci jsme se věnovali problematice pooperačních komplikací po transplantaci ledviny u obézních pacientů. V teoretické části práce shrnuje problematiku transplantace ledviny, jaká je péče o pacienta a jaké mohou nastat pooperační komplikace. Poté byl definován termín obezita, a jakou má tato nemoc souvislost s pooperačními komplikacemi po transplantaci ledviny. V praktické části byly sledovány pooperační komplikace u obézních pacientů po transplantaci ledviny a porovnány s výsledky pacientů s optimální váhou (body mass index 18,5-24,9 kg/m2).	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	In this diploma thesis, we focused on the issue of postoperative complications after kidney transplantation in obese patients. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the issue of kidney transplantation is summarized, what is the care of the patient and what postoperative complications can occur. Then, the term obesity was defined, and how is this disease related to postoperative complications after kidney transplantation. In the practical part, individual cases of postoperative complications in patients after kidney transplantation were monitored and the results in obese patients were compared with the results of patients with optimal body mass index (18,5-24,9 kg/m2).	eng
