dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rodičovství v azylovém domě pro ženy a matky s dětmi s cílem popsat výchovu a péči o děti. Teoretická část přibližuje téma rodičovství, rodiny a popis rolí otce a matky. V neposlední řadě se práce zabývá azylovým domem jako pobytovou službou podle Zákona o sociálních službách, popisuje, jaké poskytuje služby nebo jeho personální zajištění, zaměřuje se zejména na azylový dům pro ženy a matky s dětmi. V praktické části práce je zpracován kvalitativní výzkum pomocí rozhovorů s matkami žijícími s dětmi v azylovém domě, a které se ocitly v tíživé sociální situace bez vlastního bydlení.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focusing on parenting in an asylum home for women and mothers with children in order to describe the upbringing and children daycare. The theoretical part introduces the topic of parenthood, the family and a description of the roles of father and mother. Last but not least, the thesis is dealing with the shelter issue as a residential service under the Social Services Act, describes what services it provides or its staffing. It also focuses mainly on the shelter for women and mother with children. The practical part of the thesis is processed by qualitative research using interviews with mothers living with children in the shelter, who found themselves in a difficult social situation without their own housing.	eng
