dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá základními informacemi o diabetes mellitus v souvislosti se specifickými problémy se stravováním. V této práci jsou detailně prozkoumány různé aspekty diabetes mellitus 1. typu včetně epidemiologie, diagnostiky, léčby, a specificky se zaměřuje na poruchy příjmu potravy u těchto pacientů. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo posoudit riziko vzniku poruchy příjmu potravy u pacientů s diabetem mellitem 1. typu pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku DEPS-R. Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukazují, že riziko poruch příjmu potravy u pacientů s diabetem mellitem 1. typu nelze spolehlivě určit pouze z HbA1c, pohlaví, nebo BMI, jelikož mezi těmito faktory a skóre DEPS-R byla nalezena pouze velmi slabá a statisticky nevýznamná souvislost.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis addresses basic information about diabetes mellitus in relation to specific dietary problems. This work thoroughly explores various aspects of type 1 diabetes mellitus, including epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment, and specifically focuses on eating disorders in these patients. The main objective of the survey was to assess the risk of developing an eating disorder in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus using the standardized DEPS-R questionnaire. The results of the research show that the risk of eating disorders in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus cannot be reliably determined solely based on HbA1c, gender, or BMI, as only a very weak and statistically insignificant correlation was found between these factors and the DEPSR score.	eng
