dc.description.abstract	Práce je věnována problematice zdravotně postižených osob, zejména mentálně postiženým. Tematické zaměření práce vyplynulo z dobrovolnické činnosti v Domově pod Kuňkou a v Denním centru Svítání, zařízeních pro mentálně postižené v Pardubickém kraji, kde byly získány praktické informace od zkušených zaměstnanců (dotazníky, rozhovory) i od klientů (cílené rozhovory, zúčastněná pozorování). Byla uskutečněna zúčastněná pozorování v rodině mentálně postižené osoby. Z průzkumu je zřejmé, že uvedená zařízení trpí nedostatkem prostředků a kvalifikovaných pracovníků (nízké finanční ohodnocení).	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The work deals with a problem of handicapped people, especially the mentally handicapped ones. Thematical orientation of the bachelor thesis followed voluntary activity in "Domov pod Kuňkou" and in "Denní Centrum Svítání", in institutions for mentally disabled in Pardubice Region, where information was sourced from experienced employees (questionaries, interviews) and also from clients (pointing interviews, concerned observation). In the Czech Republic the programme of social services transformation develops. Its aim is to eliminate deficits of collective way of life of handicapped people, with respect to individuality of each personality and enable integration of clients into the majority society. Sweden is considered to be the example, which proves high transformation activity, where housing for permanent residency of clients has been practically cancelled, the individual care is being inovated. From the research it is obvious that the mentioned institutions suffer of resources and qualified workers deficits (low wages). Communication with mentally handicapped clients is more challenging. It depends on the level of handicap and also their individuality. It is a long-term, financially demanding, transformation process, which recquires building of service and assistance centres, education of clients as well as the majority society.	eng
