dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce s názvem "Zlepšení nabídky cateringových služeb" nejprve seznámí s problematikou letecké dopravy a mezinárodními smlouvami a organizacemi, stejně jako s platnou legislativou v České republice. Analyzuje trh letecké dopravy a informuje o leteckých dopravcích operujících na území ČR. Následuje část zaměřená na národního dopravce ČSA, a.s. Seznámí s historií a současností, organizační strukturou a produktem letecké společnosti. Jedním článkem společnosti je také Catering ČSA, a.s., který je základem pro diplomovou praci. Opět je systematicky vysvětlena organizační struktura a poskytované služby. Dále se diplomová práce soustředí na největšího zákazníka Cateringu ČSA, a to Inflight service. Právě Inflight service hraje důležitou roli při stanovování nabídky palubních služeb, jejichž součástí je i jídlo a občerstvení, které je středem zájmu hledání možného zlepšení nabídky cateringových služeb. Jako základ pro zlepšení nabídky je využito modelové linky Praha - Amsterodam, na které je zaveden spolu se změnou podávaných nápojů nový druh jídla. Změnou vzniklé finanční prostředky jsou zpětně využity ve prospěch zákazníka Českých aerolinií.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe paper introduces the problems of air transport, international contracts and institutions, and relative legislation in the Czech Republic. The aim is to analyse the air transport market and to inform about the airliners operating in the Czech Republic. Next task is focused on the national forwarder, ČSA, a.s. (Czech Airlines, joint venture). In this part the history and contemporary state, the structure and product of the company, is introduced. An important element of the company is the Catering CSA, which is in the centre of attention of this paper. Organization structure and the provided service are describe in detail. The description of the most important customer, Inflight service is the subject of the following part. The Inflight service places an important role in preparing offer on board services whose integral part is the food and refreshment. The above mentioned is in centre of the attention because it provides great possibilities for improvement of the services. The model for the research serves the regular line Praha - Amsterdam, where a new food system was introduced as well as the offers of beverages. The changes of financial costs are used in benefit of the Czech Airlines customers.eng
