The paper solve problems about valuation of extraordinary event in railway transport. Usually disruption in train operation cause delay and every delay cause loss on incame for railway transport process members (train operation companies, infrastructure manager and train service customers, too). Every customer and every passenger loses time during delay and number of passenger loses production time. This article solve how big loss heve passengers.
