dc.description.abstract	Disertační práce se zabývá rozlišením zájmových a nezájmových cílů, které byly zaznamenány primárním radarem. Současný stav problematiky v práci shrnuje radary světových výrobců, které prezentují různé schopnosti v rozlišení cílů (primárně zaměřeno na bezpilotní prostředky). V práci je představen a popsán typický způsob signálového zpracování u moderních pulzně-dopplerovských radarů, kde je poukázáno na jeho nedostatky snižující schopnost rozlišení cílů. Tato slabá místa se snaží eliminovat návrh nového přístupu ke zpracování signálu a dat. V tomto přístupu je zohledněno zachování informací, které lze použít pro rozlišení zájmových cílů. Jádro práce se zabývá výběrem a předzpracováním radarových dat náležících dané skupině cílů. Dále analýzou vybraných cílů, popisem charakteristických vlastností jednotlivých cílů a uvádí návrh signifikantních diskriminátorů, které jsou vhodné pro klasifikační úlohu. Výsledky zvoleného postupu vedoucí k rozlišení cílů jsou prezentovány pomocí klasifikačních metod. Návrh zohledňuje schopnost implementace metody do vhodných radarových systémů.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the topic of interest and no-interest targets which was detected by primary radar. Chapter called Current state of research describes radars of the worldwide producers which presented various abilities in the detection of the targets (primarily unmanned aerial vehicle). Interest is also devoted to typical way of signal processing of the modern pulse-Doppler radars pointing to its defects in recognition of the targets. This proposal of new approach tries to eliminate these defects and to keep information which could be used for recognition of the targets. The core of the thesis is dedicated to selection and pretreatment of the radar data which belongs to that group of targets. It also presents analysis of selected targets, description of its characteristic features and significant parameters suitable for classifications methods. Results leading to the recognition of the targets are presented with the help of classification methods, taking into account real implementation to the relevant radar systems.	eng
