dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na prožívání radioterapeutické léčby u pacientek s karcinomem prsu. Jednotlivé kapitoly teoretické části věnující se karcinomu prsu se konkrétněji zabývají jeho charakteristikou, diagnostickými metodami a léčbou. Vedle toho vymezuji stručně termín kvality života a v jednotlivých podkapitolách prožívání onkologicky nemocného, omezení životních potřeb, psychické obtíže a důležitost sociální opory. Byly akcentovány také prvky krizové intervence spolu se základy komunikace a aktivního naslouchání. Interpretovány byly také výsledky zahraničních průzkumů na podobné téma, které byly nadále využity pro porovnání v diskuzi. Průzkumná část je zpracována smíšeným typem průzkumu. Pro sběr dat byla zvolena kvalitativní forma, konkrétně polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Interpretace dat nese prvky kvantitativního průzkumu, protože dochází k výčtu kódů použitých pro kvantifikaci. Cílem pro průzkumnou část bylo zjistit, do jaké míry ovlivňuje radioterapeutická léčba život pacientek. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit vhodné způsoby péče a komunikace ze strany lékaře a při provádění radioterapeutické léčby ze strany radiologických asistentů.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the experience of radiotherapy treatment by patients with breast cancer. The individual chapters of the theoretical part devoted to breast cancer describe the characteristics, diagnostic methods and treatment of breast cancer. In addition, I briefly define the term quality of life and the experience of the cancer patient, the reduction of life needs, mental health problems and the importance of social support in the individual subchapters. Elements of crisis intervention were also emphasized, along with the basics of communication and active listening. The results of foreign research on a similar topic were also interpreted and used for comparison in the discussion. The survey part is processed by a mixed type of survey. A qualitative form was chosen for data collection, specifically a semi-structured interview. The interpretation of the data carries elements of quantitative research because of the enumeration of the codes used for quantification. The aim of the research part was to find out to what extent the radiotherapeutic treatment of the patient's life. The second goal was to find out the appropriate ways of care and communication by the doctor and in the implementation of radiotherapy treatment by radiology assistants.	eng
