Crohnova nemoc jako chronické onemocnění ovlivňuje každodenní život jedince. Ten
a dalších aspektů života.
Crohn's disease is a chronic disease that affects the daily life of an individual. The individual
is faced with many unpleasant manifestations of the disease not only at the time of diagnosis
and shortly thereafter, but in most individuals, these persist in greater or lesser intensity
throughout the rest of their lives. These problems may subsequently interfere
with psychological as well as social and other aspects of life. Crohn's disease is therefore
a complex health problem that is perceived individually, and the quality of life may also
be perceived differently.
The presented work provides a comprehensive view of the issue of subjectively perceived
quality of life of patients with chronic Crohn's disease. Taking into account the findings, the
results of this work can be used not only to expand the theoretical basis of internal medicine
nursing, but also in the methodology of nursing clinical practice. In conclusion, the thesis
offers a proposal of possible nursing interventions to improve the quality of life of patients
with Crohn's disease.
