dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce má za cíl zjistit pohled a případně svoji zkušenost všeobecných a praktických sester na současné možnosti ve vzdělávání a dále prezentovat možná doporučení pro praxi. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část stručně seznamuje s historií ošetřovatelství a dalším vývojem vzdělávání v ČR, podrobněji pak popisuje současné možnosti vzdělávání a legislativa. Součástí je také kapitola, která je věnována zakladatelce světového ošetřovatelství Florence Nightingalové a projektu, který vznikl na její počest a jako jedna z možností, jak zdůraznit prestiž sester v dnešní době. Průzkumné šetření bylo provedeno kvalitativní metodou, provedeny byly polostrukturované rozhovory, u vzorku všeobecných a praktických sester průzkum ukazuje, že jsou nespokojeny se současným systémem vzdělávání. Co se týče motivace sestry uvádí, že své povolání berou jako poslání, a proto je baví tuto profesi vykonávat. Získanými daty, jako výsledek práce vyplývá, že sestry jsou se současným systémem vzdělávání nespokojeny a hodnotí ho negativně. Za vhodné naopak považují, aby sestry získaly kvalifikaci v oboru všeobecná sestra na úrovni středoškolského vzdělání.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor´s thesis aims to find out the view and possibly the experience of general and practical nurses on current oppotrurities in education and to presen possible recommendations for practise- i tis divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part briefly a quaints with the history of nursing and further development of educationon the Czech Republic, then describes in more detail the current possibilities of education and legislation. It also includes a chapter dedicated to the founder of world nursing. Florence Nightingale, and a project created in her honor and as one of the ways to emphasize the prestige of nurses today. The exporatory survey was conducted using a qualitative method, semi-structured interviews were conducted, and for a sample of general and practical nurses, the survey shows that they are dissatisfied with the current education systém, especially in tems of its duration. As for the motivation of the nurse, she states that they také their profession as a mission and there for they enjoy this profession. In connections with is anniversary, the work presents a project that was created for this event. This part of the thesis present the main differences between general and practical nurses in tems of education and competecies. In connection with education, the main legislative standards are also listed here. Exploratory research in the fom of semi-structure dinterviews is presented in the practical part of the work. The aim of this survey was to find out the opinion on the current issues in the education of nurses and the associated satisfaction with this systém of education. Obtains data as a result of the work tofind out that nurses are the current systém of education dissatisfied and evaluate it negatively. On the contraty they consider it appropriate for nurses to obtain a qualification in the field of general nursing at secondary school level.	eng
