Tato práce pojednává o přípravě a charakterizaci polykrystalických vzorků řady (CuIn0.925Hg0.075Te2)1-x(HgIn2Te4)x, kde x = 0; 0,005; 0,01; 0,05; 0,10 a 1 s primárním cílem snížit mřížkovou tepelnou vodivost dotováním rtutí a zavedením inkluzí HgIn2Te4 do matrice. Podařilo se výrazně snížit tepelnou vodivost v oblasti nízkých teplot. Největší nárůst parametru ZT byl stanoven pro x = 0,05 při teplotě 500 K na hodnotu ZT = 0,219. |

This work discusses the preparation and characterization of a series of polycrystalline samples (CuIn0.925Hg0.075Te2)1-x (HgIn2Te4), where x = 0; 0.005; 0.01; 0.05; 0.10 and 1 with the primary aim of reducing the lattice thermal conductivity by doping with mercury and introducing inclusions HgIn2Te4 into matrix. We managed to significantly reduce the thermal conductivity at low temperatures. The largest increase of parameter ZT has been set for x = 0.05 at 500 K to ZT = 0.219. |
