Abstract:
In the light of the knowledge-based economy, business education has become an important part of personnel work and, moreover, a part of organizational strategies. The aim of this paper is to determine whether there is a dependency between the business education and the legal form, the number of employees, industrial branch, or the existence of an HR department, eventually what type of training companies will most demand. This article analyzes the survey held in selected Czech organizations and presents main findings in terms of discovered correlations between aforementioned attributes. It also demonstrates that the inclination toward employee training can be predicted. Provided analysis is conducted on the basis of principal component analysis (PCA), cluster analysis and canonical correlation.
