dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První teoretická část se věnuje obecně motivaci a teorii učitelské profese a s nimi spojeným pojmům. Pozornost je věnována motivům, potřebám a zájmům, ale také konfliktům motivů. Prostor je dále věnován problémům učitelské profese, mezi které se řadí například feminizace učitelství či stárnutí učitelů. Vysvětleny jsou i jednotlivé etapy v profesní dráze učitelů. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována samotné motivaci k učitelské profesi, od které se odvíjí praktická část této bakalářské práce. Praktická část je založena na vlastním kvantitativním výzkumu, který má za cíl zjistit motivy studentů vedoucí k podání přihlášky na učitelský obor a zda chtějí povolání učitele vykonávat.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part is focused on motivation and theory of teaching profession and terms associated. Attention is paid to motives, needs and interests, but also conflicts of motives. The thesis also describes problems of the teaching profession, for instance, feminization of teaching profession or ageing of teachers. Different stages in careers of teachers are also explicated in this dissertation. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on motivation of the teaching profession, which determines the practical part of this thesis. The practical part is based on its own quantitative research, which aims to figure out the motives of students for choosing the teacher profession, and whether they want to work as a teacher.	eng
