Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování literární rešerše se zaměřením na stanovení vonných látek v bylinách pomocí moderních instrumentálních technik. První část bakalářské práce je věnována obecnému rozdělení vonných látek do skupin. Dále je pozornost zaměřena na metody jejich izolace z přírodní matrice (bylin) a jejich analýzu. |
