Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje kapitoly, které se zabývají historií a základními charakteristikami rodu Arcobacter, výskytem těchto bakterií v prostředí a metodami izolace a detekce. V dalších kapitolách je věnována pozornost fyzikálním a chemickým vlivům působícím na tyto mikroorganismy.
Experimentální část diplomové práce je zaměřena na přežívání Arcobacter spp. v různých teplotních podmínkách. Byly stanoveny doby přežívání arkobakterů při nízkých teplotách a dále byl sledován vliv různých živných médií na letální teplotu a letální dobu. Byla provedena izolace arkobakterů ze vzorků potravin a vod a zároveň byla zavedena nová metodika záchytu arkobakterů z vod. |

The teoretical part of the thesis include chapters that deal with the history and the basic characteristic of the genus Arcobacter spp., the occurence of these bacteria in the environment and the methods of isolation and detection. The other chapters are devoted to attention of physical and chemical influences acting on these microorganisms.
The experimental part of the thesis is focused on survival Arcobacter spp. in various temperature conditions. Influences of low temperatures were determined on survival of some arcobacters and the influence of different culture media on the lethal temperature and the lethal time. Arcobacters were isolated from samples of food and water and at the same time was established a new methodology for detection of arcobacters from water. |
