Abstrakt

The current world economics permeates significant changes, which for decades shaped its form and alter the existing trading order. The most important feature of the world trade order in the 40th the 20th century, the dominant role of the multilateral trade rules which set the pace of trade liberalization. The effect to the accelerating globalization of the world economy during the 20th century was started new trends and tendencies in the form of such "new regionalism". These new trends have led to the creation of whole ranges of issues and most became whether the present world trading order is the same, which was formulated after World War II. The aim of this paper is to clarify the meaning whether the current trade order is the same order, which was formulated after World War II, and if not then considers what has changed and the new challenges such as standing.
