The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of motivation and employee satisfaction within the market leading company associated with the packaging industry. The most fundamental field of the thesis is an objective and quality analysis of motivation and employee satisfaction within the company. The analysis detects the main factors influencing motivation and satisfaction. Recommendations and improvement proposals constitutes the essential part of the thesis.
