Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pozorování a porovnání postojů pacientů k léčbě antidepresivy III. generace během užívání monoterapie různých farmak z této skupiny. Teoretická část se zabývá teorií deprese, historií antidepresiv a samotnými antidepresivy III. generace, jejich využití a nežádoucími účinky, které limitují kvalitu života a mohou ovlivnit celkové postoje k léčbě. Metodou získání dat pro praktickou část bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na postoje k léčbě, určení stupně deprese, ve které se respondent nachází a aktuální vedlejší účinky léčby. |

V metodické části (str. 37) chybí bližší charakteristika fakultní nemocnice, kde jste sbírala data (tj. adresa). 3. Z metodické části nevyplývá, zda jste dotazníky (DAI, BAI) získala z literatury nebo přímo na pracovišti. 4. Proč je kontraindikováno podávání léčiv ze skupiny SSRI s extraktem z třezalky, který se občas používá k léčbě mírné deprese? Obhajoba diplomové práce s prezentací výborná. |
