dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzniku (pre)maligních změn na děložním hrdle, jejich screening, diagnostiku a metody terapie. Důraz je kladen na současné možnosti prevence karcinomu děložního čípku. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou karcinomu hrdla děložního, jeho incidencí, etiologií a patogenezí, screeningem, diagnostickými a léčebnými metodami. Součástí je popis současného stavu screeningu a preventivního programu karcinomu děložního čípku v České republice. Empirickou část práce tvoří výzkumné šetření, jehož součástí je posouzení významu prevence při vzniku (pre)maligních změn na děložním hrdle. Zkoumaný soubor tvoří pacientky/klientky Porodnické a gynekologické kliniky Fakultní nemocnice Hradec Králové, které byly v letech 2008 a 2009 operované pro nález abnormálních změn v cervikální cytologii. Závěry výzkumného šetření potvrdily nesporný význam pravidelného absolvování screeningu karcinomu děložního hrdla ženami v rámci gynekologické prevence.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This paper correlates with the emergence of premalignant changes on cervix, screening, diagnostics and therapy. Different ways of preventive measures used nowadays for cervix cancer prevention are accented too. The theoretical part deals with emergence of cervix cancer, its incidence, aetiology, screening, diagnose and therapy. Description of real situation in Czech republic in connection with screening and preventive programs is added. The practical part is based on research that contains an evaluation of the importance of taking preventive measures in correlation with the emergence of premalignant changes on cervix. Explored group was composed of patients/clients of Gyneacology and Obstetrics clinic Fakultní nemocnice in Hradec Králové, who were operated because of abnormal outcomes of cervical cytology. Results of research ratify of importance of having a regular cervix screening during gynaecology examination.	cze
