Abstract:
This article deals with methods of evaluation of damage which is caused by accidental breakdowns. Industrial accidents are often associated with the possibility of leakage of dangerous substances which may harm human health and ecosystem health in the affected zone. The calculation of damage compensation is based not only on physical
knowledge of leaked substance and atmospheric phenomena, but it also needs to be familiar with the existing law. The model, described in this article, can be used for assessment of impact of early warning to the number of saved residents.
