V současné době se firemní vzdělávání dostává stále více do popředí. Je to způsobeno tím, že vědomosti získávané během školních let dnes bývají nedostatečné. Vzniká tedy stále více nutnost znalosti zaměstnanců prohlubovat a přizpůsobovat je současným trendům. To je v kompetenci firemních školitelů, kteří musí neustále sledovat tyto nové trendy a snažit se jimi oživovat podnikovou kulturu. |

In the present time a firm education is moving into the foreground to make more visible. It is caused by knowledge which was obtained in the course of school years and currently in not sufficient. There is a large necessity to deepen knowledge and adapt them to changing condition and present trends of all employees.
