dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní spokojeností. Nejprve je zmíněna organizace a historie psychologie práce, dále jsou nastíněny některé základní pojmy, které s pracovní spokojeností úzce souvisí, jako socializace, motivace, sociální interakce a pracovní výkon. V části zabývající se zaměstnaností je popsána struktura pracovního trhu ve vztahu k rovnosti mužů a žen na pracovišti. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření pracovní spokojenosti u zaměstnanců významné finanční firmy.	cze
