dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života u pacientů s kardiostimulátor - defibrilátorem. V teoretické části je vysvětlen termín kvalita života a souvislost mezi kvalitou života a zdravím. Pro pochopení tématu je přiblížena anatomie srdce a kardiovaskulárního systému. Dalším cílem teoretické části je, aby lidé alespoň trochu porozuměli arytmiím a vysvětlen pojem náhlá srdeční smrt. Posledním úkolem teoretické části je popsat ICD a ošetřovatelskou péči. Dále v praktické části byl použit kvalitativní výzkum, pomocí rozhovorů. Rozhovory byly sepsány a vloženy do programu Atlas.ti, kde výzkumník vyhledal a pojmenoval kódy, které seskupil do kategorií, z kterých byla vytvořena myšlenková síť. Výsledky bakalářské práce byly porovnávány s ostatními tématy a v závěru byly popsány výsledky této bakalářské práce.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the quality of life in patients with ICD. The theoretical part is explaining the term quality of life and its connection to health. Then, for better understanding of this topic, there is described anatomy of human heart and cardiovascular system. Another goal of the theoretical part is to help people at least little bit understand cardiac arrythmia and explain the term sudden cardiac death. Lastly the theoretical part means to describe the ICD and the nursing care for the patients with ICD. Further in the practical part was used qualitative research per interviews. The interviews were written and add into the Atlas.ti program, where the researcher searched and named codes, which were later grouped into certain categories. From those categories was formed mind map. Then the results of the bachelor thesis were compared with results of other thesis, there were described the results of this bachelor thesis.	eng
