dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřená na téma ,,Míra úzkosti u pacienta s Crohnovou nemocí". Práce se skládá z teoretické a výzkumné časti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis Crohnovy nemoci, zjišťování diagnózy a strategie léčení. Dále je pozornost věnována charakteristice úzkosti. Výzkumná část se zabývá kvantitativním průzkumem, jehož hlavním cílem je potvrdit vztah mezi aktivitou nemoci a mírou úzkosti u pacientů s Crohnovou nemocí. Na základě všech výsledků bylo zhodnoceno, že vztah mezi aktivitou nemoci a mírou úzkosti u pacientů existuje.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the topic "The level of anxiety in a patient with Crohn's disease". The thesis consists of a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part is focused on the description of Crohn's disease, ascertaining the diagnosis and treatment strategy. Next, attention is paid to the characteristics of anxiety. The research part deals with a quantitative survey, the main goal of which is to confirm the relationship between the activity of the disease and the level of anxiety in patients with Crohn's disease. Based on all the results, it was evaluated that there is a relationship between the activity of the disease and the level of anxiety in the patients.	eng
