dc.description.abstractCíl: Cílem studie bylo posoudit znalosti žáků v problematice laické KPR před edukací a po edukaci (hned a měsíc po edukaci). Metodika: Metoda průzkumu byla rozdělena na dvě části – teoretická a praktická. Teoretická část tvořila edukační prezentaci laické KPR, kterou si poté každý žák mohl vyzkoušet v praktické části na resuscitační figuríně. Studie zahrnuje 32 žáků prvního ročníku střední zdravotnické školy. Hodnocení znalostí probíhalo formou testů (pre-test, post-test, test retence informací). Testy byly statisticky zpracovány na hladině významnosti 0,01. Výsledky: Počáteční znalosti žáků byly na dobré úrovni, nicméně mezi pre-testy a posty-post testy byl prokázán statisticky významný rozdíl (znalosti se zvýšily o 23 %). Test retence informací prokázal snížení znalostí o necelých 5 %, ale nejednalo se o statisticky významný rozdíl. Statisticky významný rozdíl byl prokázán i mezi pre-testy a testy retence informací. Závěr: Znalosti žáků se po edukaci statisticky významně zvýšily. Je důležité zamyslet se nad způsobem edukace a vhodně použít aktivizační metody, které vedou k motivaci žáků. dc.description.abstract-translatedObjectives: The aim of the study was to assess and increased knowledge of students regarding a lay person’s CPR before education and immediately after the education (immediately and one month after the education). Methodology: For the research an educational demonstration method was chosen. The educational part comprised of a presentation of a lay person’s CPR, which every student could try to give in the demonstration part on a CPR manikin. A study involved 32 students of the first grade of a secondary nursing school. The knowledge was assessed by tests (a pre-test, a post-test, and an information retention test). The tests were statistically processed at the significance level of 0.01. Outcomes: The initial knowledges of pupils were at a good level, but the pre- -tests and post-post tests showed a statistically significant difference (knowledge increased by 23%). Test retention of information demonstrated to decrease the knowledge of almost 5%, but it was not a statistically significant difference. A statistically significant difference was also demonstrated between pre-test and test retention of information. Conclusion: Knowledge of pupils after education increased significantly. It is important reflect on the way education and appropriate use of activation methods that lead to motivating pupils. Analysis of assessment instruments is also important.eng
