dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, jaké je povědomí mužů o prevenci karcinomu prsu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. Teoretická část se zabývá základními informacemi o karcinomu prsu, jeho výskytem a rizikovými faktory. Následuje pro mou práci stěžejní část, a to metody předcházení tohoto onemocnění, neboli primární a sekundární prevence. Závěrem jsou uvedeny příznaky onemocnění, které by měly být vodítkem pro ženy, rozhodující se pro návštěvu lékaře. V empirické části práce jsou zpracována data, získaná z nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce, který je sestaven z otázek, týkajících se přístupu respondentů k preventivním prohlídkám, znalostí samovyšetřování či oblasti screeningu karcinomu prsu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this thesis is to establish the level of awareness men have about the prevention of breast cancer. The thesis is divided into two basic parts. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy of the mammary gland, elementary information about the breast cancer, its incidence and risk factors. What follows is the main part of this thesis, which consists of methods leading to the prevention of this illness, by another name the primary and secondary prevention. In the end of this chapter are listed the symptoms of this illness, which should serve as guidance for women who are trying to decide whether to visit their physician or not. The practical part compiles data, which were obtained through an unstandardized questionnaire created by myself, which is made up of questions concerning the attitude of respondents towards preventive check-ups, knowledge of self-examination and breast cancer screening.	eng
