dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá historií vnímání duševních poruch, stigmatizací duševně nemocných a dalšími tématy, jako jsou například práva osob trpící duševní poruchou. Její součástí je též vysvětlování základních pojmů pro lepší orientaci v problematice a úvod do problematiky trestné činnosti. Cílem empirické části práce bylo zjistit, jaké postoje a názory zaujímá veřejnost k duševně nemocným lidem a jak nahlíží naše společnost na situace, kdy se tyto osoby dopustí nežádoucího nebo nebezpečného jednání.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The work deals with the history of the perception of mental disorders, mental illness stigma and other issues such as the rights of persons suffering from mental disorder. Explanation of the basic concepts for a better understanding of the problems as well as introduction to criminal activities are also part of this thesis. The aim of the empirical part of this work was to determine the attitudes and opinions the public takes to mentally ill people and how our society looks at a situation in which these people commit undesirable or dangerous actions.	eng
