| dc.description.abstract | Šlechtický fideikomis byl omezením možnosti nakládat s majetkem rodu. Pravidla takového omezení byla stanovena zakladatelem fideikomisu, měla zabezpečit materiální základnu šlechtického rodu a do budoucna zabránit jeho neúměrnému zchudnutí a v důsledku toho ztrátě společenské prestiže. První šlechtické fideikomisy byly v habsburské monarchii zřízeny ve druhé polovině 17. století a mnohé z nich existovaly po celou možnou dobu až do roku 1924. | cze |

Its rules were set by the founder of fideicommissum to safeguard the material base of a noble family and prevent its disproportionate impoverishment in the future and, consequently, the loss of social prestige. Established in the Habsburg monarchy in the second half of the 17th century, many of the first noble fideicommissa existed throughout the period they were allowed for, i.e. until 1924. | eng |
